I have been working as a technical editor at ITH icoserve a Siemens Healthineers company since 2021. The focus of my team is creating and maintaining user manuals, especially for patients, and software system documentation. What I like about our way of working is the direct contact with developers and that we have access to their code, which gives us deeper insights and quick feedback. Writing user manuals as well as system documentation makes the work varied and exciting. Additionally, every piece of documentation I work on allows me to gain more knowledge about the entire product.
