According to family lore, I asked my first question at two and haven’t stopped since. While working in content, I wore the caps of technical writer, terminologist, UI designer, trainer, technical lead, taxonomist, translation and localisation coordinator, UX designer, collective intelligence facilitator and content architect.

Having contributed to projects from small R&D companies to massive companies, I can’t remember being bored even one day. To me, information is the blood of the organisation and my contribution is to have it flow so projects come to bear fruit.

I thrive in complex and uncertain environments, harnessing the power of norms and regulations, and ultimately revealing the elegance underneath the chaos.
