Vita

Marianne has an MA in Humanities (History) and works at SAP SE in Germany as a project lead and trainer. She trained and certified as a conversation designer, conversational copywriter, and AI trainer for chatbots and voice assistants. She is a member of the chatbot consultant service and the prompt engineering consultant service at SAP and trainer for SAP’s internal and external conversation design courses. Currently she is working on digital assistant guidelines, voice AI, and prompt engineering for large language models. Marianne is a firm believer in constant learning and innovation and is passionate about ethical AI. She is always looking for new ways to help upskill technical authors.
