I am an experienced technical writer, primarily working on documentation for software applications and services. I have a good understanding of core information development processes, technical writing concepts, and have experience with product documentation, including developing user guides and installation guides. I have also worked on Agile, V modle, and Waterfall software development processes. Additionally, I have strong collaboration skills and the ability to manage technical writing projects from its inception to release and also have done a certification from IIT- Delhi on the same.

I have experience with software tools such as SIPS+(XML Editor / CMS), Atlassian confluence, Arbortext editor, Adobe FrameMaker, Microsoft Suite, as well as various content management systems, including Microsoft SharePoint, Infoshare and TFS. I also have experience using Adobe Illustrator, Captivate, Photoshop, SnagIt, and Camtasia for illustration and graphic design purposes.
