Toni Byrd-Ressaire is Director of Innovation and serves on the senior leadership team at Technically Write IT (TWi). She teaches Advanced Technical Writing in the MSc program at Munster Technological University (MTU) in Ireland.
Toni is a passionate innovator, educator, and consultant who believes in the power of information and innovation to drive business. She enjoys finding ways to improve user experiences with the latest technology.
In 2018, Toni received an industry award for considerable contribution to the Technical Communications industry over a long period of time, in which she was noted as being a thought leader, pioneer, and strong advocate for tech comm in the wider tech community.
